Join us for a transformative outdoor ecstatic dance experience followed by a grounding sound bath to integrate the energy and bring you back to center. This afternoon is an open invitation to move without judgment, to release stuck energy, and to reconnect with your joy, rhythm, and aliveness.

Set in the open air at our Gilmanton home, you’ll be held in a safe,sacred, and supportive space. Come as you are—no experience needed, just an open heart.
