Donation-Based Yoga for All Levels

Donation-Based Yoga for All Levels is back at the cidery, every Saturday from 11AM to 12PM!

Rod Sauquillo has been facilitating yoga classes since 2007. He guides participants through a sequence of poses that makes sense in his body inspired by his love of dance/movement.

Beginners; more experienced folks and everyone in-between are welcome!
Rod loves how yoga can address our physical; emotional and spiritual aspects.

Rod's hope is that anyone who comes to his classes will develop a way of listening to the intelligence of their own body and cultivate a deeper sense of compassion.
Rod is thrilled to be offering yoga in the peaceful surroundings of the Cidery.

Please bring a yoga mat (towel/blanket) as mats are limited, and any additional support you may need. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
