Mellow Mat Yoga @ACS

Join this gentle mat yoga class to stretch, strengthen, and de-stress. Suitable for beginners and those who have thought they couldn't do yoga. In this class, yoga is for everyBODY! Sore muscles? Achy joints? Inflexible? This class is for you!

Easy breathwork and guided meditation will be practiced, as well as uplifting and informational talks about topics of physical and mental health. Mats and props available on-site. Just wear comfortable cloths.

$10 per person payable by cash, check, Venmo, CashApp, or PayPal.
