Yoga & A Brew at Persephone

Join us on Sunday July 6th from 10.15am-11am for a 45 minute yoga class on the lawn at Persephone Brewing Company in Gibson's.

This class is a relaxing, gentle movement, slow start to your Sunday. Bring your mat and sunscreen and enjoy the fresh air!

After yoga is finished indulge in a complimentary Water Kefir beverage from Persephone.

Water Kefir is the "new" Kombucha. Brewed and flavoured in house, it's a naturally sparkling, refreshing, fruity fermented beverage.

Class will finish at 11am and you're welcome to hang out at Persephone as long as you like. Included in your sign-up is a 50% off voucher for Persephone's Honeycomb Hard Seltzer. They also have a food truck on site if you're feeling like some brunch!
