About the event

Beach Yoga

Start your Saturday off with a gentle yoga class to help you move through the weekend with ease.

We will use light movement and yin/yang poses to warm up our bodies, soothe our nervous systems and settle our minds.

The class will run from 10am-10.45am on July 5th 💛
You will find us on the sand.

Cost:
Beach Yoga is always $10 per person. Please contact to book your spot.

**Pre-registration is preferred. Drop ins welcome.
