Mad Cow is a trio of seasoned pro musicians who got together on a whim and had so much fun they made it permanent.

Darren Cassidy (vocals, guitar), Randy Shepherd (vocals, bass), and Jim Foster (vocals, guitar, harmonica) all have long, storied histories of playing all over Canada and beyond. Together they play a mix of country rock, folk rock, and a touch of rock and blues.

Instantly popular on their home turf of the Sunshine Coast, they have recently released a single called Elbows Up.
