James Vickers Band
Up and coming blues and rock sensation JVB has been wowing audiences in the Vancouver region with their new 2024 debut album. With Stevie Ray Vaughan guitar chops and a penchant for the blues, young James Vickers leads a band that received unanimous positive feedback from the judges at the 2024 Memphis Blues Festival and earned a place in the Nanaimo Blues Festival. This band is hot - and celebrated for its combination of classic rock and blues influences in their original music.
This concert is a highlight event during the 2025 Sunshine Coast Art Crawl, playing at the Heritage Playhouse venue (#42 on the art crawl map) and being presented as part of an exhibition and performance venue honouring multiple indigenous and Métis artists.
