Conflict: Gateway to Closeness & Healing

If you want your life to flow more smoothly, then you have to flow with all of it - conflict included. We resist, judge, sidestep and blame others for the uncomfortable feelings that arise from conflict. But when we surrender to it instead, its innate transformational capabilities are opened up to us and expansion unfolds. We are able to emerge from it with a greater sense of peace, confidence & freedom.

This is the second of three community talks this fall designed to expand your understanding about how to create a greater sense of connection both interpersonally and in relationship. This is a great way to gain the same helpful insights Melanie teaches in her counselling sessions that have supported countless clients to understand themselves better, experience a greater sense of peace and improve the quality of their relationships.
