Foodie Friday at Gibbon Lumber & Hardware

During August, Gibbon Lumber & Hardware hosts Foodie Friday in downtown Gibbon. Every Friday, a food truck shows up for lunch starting at 11:00 a.m. and usually shuts it down around 1:00 p.m. The food trucks love all the support and we love getting a great lunch right in Gibbon! Variety is the spice of life and if it includes melted cheese - even better! Here's the list of trucks for 2025!
August 1 - Pep Island (The truck with the tropical twist!)
August 8 - Backstreet Market (Farm to Fork with carmelized onions!)
August 15 - Sunny Days Comfort Food (Philly on a Friday? Yes!)
August 22 - Brick House Meats (You had me at brisket...)
August 29 - TNT Eats - (OMG, smoked mac and cheese...)
