Rooted and Rising: Awakening the Wild Self

A Kundalini Yoga and journaling workshop to move through and be with the stories that shape us.

This workshop combines kundalini yoga poses, meditation, and reflective writing to help you connect with your wild, creative self. Through grounding activities and journaling prompts, we’ll explore the moments that have shaped us to better understand and reclaim our stories.

Aligned with the energy of the Full Moon, we’ll end with a guided reflection to help you envision what you want to invite into your life in the months ahead. If weather permits, we'll close this session outside in the meditation garden under the glow of the full moon rising.

This is a welcoming space for anyone ready to listen inward, speak their truth, and reconnect with their voice. No writing or yoga experience is needed.
