Yoga at Dasoudi is back for the Summer of 2025! ☀️🧘‍♂️🌊

Join us for Dynamic and Uplifting Yoga classes and keep your mind and body in shape for the season!

◾Tuesday & Thursday at 18:30-19:30

🧘‍♂️WHO?
The instructor DerekYoga, has received training in India and the UK in Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga. His mission is to help people overcome anxiety and build a healthier lifestyle with yoga.
The classes are based on Ashtanga Vinyasa and are available to beginners and intermediate practitioners.

👜WHAT TO BRING?
You are kindly advised to bring your OWN Yoga mat, a towel, water, and your beautiful smile 🙂
