Participants will learn elements of dance, martial arts and healing arts that, together, increase overall wellbeing of mind and body. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle with you.

These programs are brought to you via Live Well Georgina, Turning the page on age project. Programs are being offered at no charge for adults 55 years of age and older.

Registration is not required for the Ageless Grace, Nia or Chair Yoga drop-in programs. Join us at the Town facility on the date and time listed. These programs are first come, first served.

Are you under 55 years of age? Use your Rec Pass to access the Ageless Grace, Nia or Chair Yoga programs or attend for only $11 + HST per class.
