Dance & Flow: A Somatic Dance Healing & Yoga Journey

Looking for a way to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself in a fun, supportive space? This 90-minute workshop is your chance to explore the magic of somatic movement, yoga, and dance—all blended together to help you feel more grounded, free, and alive.

In this workshop, you’ll:
✨ Find Your Flow: Explore yoga poses and breathing techniques that calm your mind and energize your body.
✨ Move Freely: Tune into your body’s natural rhythm with guided and free-form dance designed to release tension and spark creativity.
✨ Reconnect Within: Discover simple ways to check in with your emotions and cultivate inner peace.
✨ Blend Stillness & Movement: Shift between moments of quiet reflection and dynamic movement, creating a deeply nourishing experience.

This workshop is open to every body—no dance or yoga experience is needed. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or you’re a seasoned mover, you’ll feel welcome in this space. Just wear comfy clothes, and bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and a journal if you’d like.

Your guide, Kris, is a movement educator and yoga teacher with 15+ years of experience. Recently certified in the SAH method, Kris brings a playful yet deeply reverent approach to this practice, creating a space where everyone feels empowered to explore and connect.
