600+: 3 Chips
535-599: 4 Chips
470-534: 5 Chips
401-469: 6 Chips
400 & Under: 7 Chips

Tourney Directors will assign ratings for new players based on known ability.
Unknown and unestablished players start with 4 chips.

Rules:
3 Foul Rule does not apply
Jump Cues Allowed
Incoming Player Breaks, alternate break
9 Ball spots immediately if made in the back 2 on break, unless it impedes the first shot, then spots immediately after 1st shot

Playing Rules:
Players get virtual chips based on FargoRates (TD assigns if new). When you lose a game, you lose a chip and go back in the stack.
A new player is called to the winner's table. Last one standing wins.
