As the sun sets on ๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐บ ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐น๐ฎ๐ถ๐ ๐๐ผ ๐ฃ๐๐น๐ฎ๐, we bring its Penang chapter to a close with a final gathering, a roundtable conversation that brings together the voices behind its journey and opens space for what comes next.
Over the past month, ๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐บ ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐น๐ฎ๐ถ๐ ๐๐ผ ๐ฃ๐๐น๐ฎ๐ has unfolded across time and geography, mapping notions of place, memory, and movement while opening up conversations, exchanges, and connections among artists, collaborators, and audiences alike.
This concluding session, an epilogue, is a roundtable discussion with the artists, curators, and collaborators who have shaped this journey. Artists @chingkaichingkai and @wynlyntan , alongside curators @lulu_enpassant and @_lim_hazel_ , will reflect on the exhibitionโs evolution, from its beginnings during Singapore Art Week earlier this year to its sequelised iteration here in Penang. They will share insights into the ideas and collaborative kinship that have sustained this project across spaces and communities, unpacking curatorial threads, site-responsive considerations, and conceptual continuities between both chapters.
Joining them are Nicholas Song and Francis Maravillas, collaborators whose contributions have been instrumental in shaping the dialogue and depth of the exhibition. Their perspectives will offer a look at the broader collaborative and cross-regional frameworks that anchor this project and the possibilities that may follow.
