As the sun sets over the Cayman Islands, we’ll begin with a grounding guided meditation to clear your mind and bring you into the present moment. From there, we’ll gently awaken the body with simple guided movement, before flowing into a dance-like experience where you can move freely to an uplifting curated playlist through personal headphones. Let the music guide your body—whether that means dancing, stretching, or simply flowing with the evening breeze. The soft, fading light and serene beach setting create the perfect atmosphere for winding down while still feeling alive and connected.
