Nature Journaling - “The Buzz About Honeybees”
SATURDAY, June 21 10am-noon: Join us for a fun morning of Nature Journaling for Pollinator Week!

Join Lorna Burkhard and others who enjoy the study of nature as we learn about the small but significant honeybee (Apis Mellifera). We will observe the behavior of bees hovering around the local milkweed, learn facts from a slide presentation, and complete a guided drawing of a honeybee. The sweetest part of the class will be tasting a sample of Hidden Valley Honey which is produced by a local beekeeper. There’s a lot to “buzz” about when it comes to bees!

Supplies will be provided; however, you are welcome to bring your own! ~$10 Suggested Donation
