🥳 It's ALMOST our 1st Birthday!! 🥳
It's so crazy to think that in just 10 days, we will have been open for a full year in this wonderful spot in downtown Geneva 🥹
This past year has been the busiest, most exhausting (but incredibly rewarding) year ever. Eric and I are so happy to be here, and so grateful for all of you. We couldn't continue baking without your support ❤️
Last year, we officially opened our doors to about a hundred more people than I expected lined up, waiting. For us. Honestly I expected like...two. 🤣 I will never forget that day. We had advertised free samples of my Mom's chocolate eclair cake, which went over amazingly well. Since then, we've had so many of you special order a full pan for your own celebrations and that makes me so, so happy 🥰
🎉 Next Sunday, May 4, we'll be debuting something we've been working on for a few months. My Mom's chocolate eclairs certainly aren't going anywhere...they'll be on our menu forever. The Classic. But...we're adding in some ✨brand new✨ variations. Triple Chocolate Eclair. White Chocolate Eclair. Cookies and Cream. And a few others...we'll keep it a surprise 😉🤤
