Join us for a cozy evening of coffee tasting and good company.
We’re teaming up with Poma Coffee Research, the Copenhagen-based coffee research and roasting company known for its forward-thinking approach to growing, processing, and flavor profiling.
At this event, we’ll be tasting filter coffee brewed on the Varia Flow, with the same beans ground on the Varia VS6 using several different flat burr sets—so you can experience how grind geometry can shape the flavor of your cup.
