Wednesdays • 7:30–8:30 PM

✨ By donation • Bring a mat or towel
Unwind midweek with gentle yoga to soothe your body, followed by Yoga Nidra 🧘‍♀️ a guided "Not-a-Meditation Meditation" that brings deep rest and calm.
💕No experience needed. All are welcome. 💗

Wear comfy clothes & come as you are.
