Sam Hargreaves is a railway enthusiast.

Because he is a railway enthusiast, he volunteers at heritage railways.

Because he volunteers at heritage railways, he has to deal with the public, particularly the kinds of people who hang around trains.

Join Sam as he tells stories of Karens who think they know more about the railways he volunteers at than he does, to purists who feel the need to offer their opinion on what's being done wrong, to gunzels who think the train operations timetable can be adapted to the photos they want.

If you have ever belonged to a hobby club or worked in customer service, you will absolutely have met the people Sam talks about in this show.
