Combat Training Day

Combat Training Day is a day which will help you become a better fighter & athlete . This training is designed for any fighter training and competing in all striking martial arts wanting to increase their stamina. strength , power , resilience and fight IQ.

Combat Training Day will consist of
60-90min of Fighting Strength & Conditioning exercises and drills

Followed by 40 x 1min rounds of full contact sparring .

All associations , dojos , fight gyms and organisations are welcome .

Duration of this event will be roughly 4-5 hours with plenty of drink breaks and rest periods . There will high level instructors from all systems offering guidance and support .

Location : 15 Police Lane Geelong
Cost : $30 per person

Minimum age 16

This is a no gi event and please bring a towel , change of clothes and enough nutrition and hydration for the day.

All participants must be reasonably fit and must also bring shin guards and boxing gloves to participate.

There will be food and drinks supplied at the end of the session
