Colour Reflexology

In reflexology, colors on the feet can offer insights into a person's emotional and physical state. Different colors are associated with various feelings and imbalances. For example, red can indicate anger or energy, yellow might suggest stress or feeling fed up, and blue could represent hurt or sadness. Darker shades of red may signify deep-seated anger, while blotchy white could point to suppressed anger and frustration or fully pale in a certain reflex area no energy to that reflex leading to imbalances in your health.
