Scallop Crudo with Wasabi & Yuzu sauce. Paired with Fiona Runda.

Grilled Leek and Blood Orange Salad with burrata & citrus vinaigrette.
Paired with Ragaire Rose.

Rosemary Potato Pave with black pepper creme fraiche & caviar. Paired with Sauvignon Blanc.

Elk Tenderloin with Saskatoon Gastrique & Charred Broccolini. Paired with Cabernet Franc/Merlot.

Chocolate Cherry Mousse Cake. Paired with Pinot Noir.
