Soundbath with Ella - Wellness Wednesday

This is your sign to make time for a mid-week reset. ✨

We’ll begin with gentle somatic movement to let your body know it’s safe,
Flow into gentle breathwork and meditation,
Then surrender to a crystal bowl soundbath layered with my heart-led vocals and other instruments.
Expect 75 minutes of softness, relaxation, and connection.
