Jo Irvine
A multi-award-winning winemaker, Jo Irvine is the founder of Lévrier Wines in the Barossa Valley. Her winery is known for reviving lesser-known varietals like Cabernet Franc and Zinfandel, combining European elegance with Barossa's rich terroir. Jo's philosophy emphasizes releasing wines only when they're ready to drink, ensuring optimal enjoyment.

Jane Ferrari
With over 25 years at Yalumba Wines, Jane Ferrari has been a global ambassador for Australian wine. Her storytelling prowess has earned her accolades such as the WCA Wine Communicator of the Year and induction as a Baron of the Barossa. In 2023, she was honored as South Australia's Legend of the Vine.
