🫴Join us for this first ever Open Heart Yoga and Meditation Collaboration! A gentle yet powerful experience designed to help you reconnect with your inner calm and clarity.

🧘What to Expect:
~45 minutes of Hatha Yoga: Ease into the day with a series of grounding and heart-opening poses, thoughtfully curated to prepare your body for deep relaxation and stillness.

~45 minutes of Guided Meditation: Led by certified meditation guide Zsofia Kozma. This introductory session will gently walk you through mindfulness practices focused on breath, equanimity and emotional balance. No prior experience needed - just an open heart.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just beginning your wellness journey, this event is designed to be inclusive, welcoming and deeply restorative. All levels are encouraged to attend.
