About Kelsey :
Kelsey is a passionate teacher who believes a yoga practice can be deeply healing and transformative. With 7 years of meditation and study of yoga wisdom, she understands there is more to yoga than just getting the pose right. As a teacher she works to create a safe space for students to feel, cry, laugh and release locked up tensions. As a certified Hatha, Yin and Forrest Yoga teacher her classes will awaken you to deeper understandings and support you in the most tender of moments. Kelsey works with props, and offers pose variations for pregnancy and injuries. She delights in offering supportive assists with compassion and a gentle touch.
