Unwind - System Reset

Join Aaron of Thrive Alive Wellness and Chris of Align Breathwork for Unwind - an event designed to help you relax your nervous system, release built-up stress, and reconnect with your inner calm.

Learn simple yet powerful breathwork techniques, to quiet the mind, relax the body and somatic release exercisers that will leave you feeling grounded, clear, and recharged.

No experience needed—just come as you are, with an open mind to learn and give yourself permission to reset.

Ice baths and sauna are included and can be used after the event but are not compulsory.

IS BREATHWORK SUITABLE FOR ME?

Safety is of upmost importance at Align Breathwork & Thrive Alive Wellness.

Due to the nature of Breathwork, there are certain contraindications that will stop you from being able to attend including -

Pregnancy, high blood pressure, diagnosed severe PTSD, severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis), detatched retina, recent physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries, epilepsy, history or diagnosis of aneurisms, cardiovascular problems, history of seizures, severe asthma, heart disease, heart conditions, diabetes, adverse reactions from recent covid-19 vaccinations, hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis, spiritual emergence within the past 3 years, any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions that would impair or affect your ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release, or if you are currently taking heavy Medic*tion that alters brain chemistry (anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, anti-psychotic medications).
