I have planned in more dates for my RELAXATION WITH SOUND (sound bath) sessions until the end of the year.
They are small sessions - only 6 places are available - so book early to grab your spot.
I provide you with an airbed to get super comfy (you’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer) and a blanket.
You are encouraged to bring anything else that that will make the session as comfortable as possible for you - think eye mask, pillow, cushion, water bottle, extra blanket.
These sessions are designed to be deeply restful, help you pause your busy life for just over an hour, take some well deserved me-time and hopefully reset before getting back to your day to day activities.

It is ÂŁ25 per person and payment is required to secure your slot.
