About the event

Pelaw Meditation Class

This local meditation class open to everyone based in a lovely setting, perfect for those new to mindfulness. The session will be held at Pelaw Library, with on-street parking nearby. Reserve your space by contacting Nicola at 07506666797.

You can choose to lie down or practice seated meditation.

This is a monthly class with a different theme each month.

Classes are £5 and includes a herbal tea.
