Topics covered will include an explanation of basic estate planning documents (i.e., wills, trusts, and powers of attorney), how to safeguard your assets for future generations, techniques to reduce estate and inheritance taxes, how to streamline asset transfers and avoid probate, the importance of planning for incapacity, and how to avoid common mistakes.
