Sensory science plays a vital role in formulating beauty products that deliver not only performance but also unforgettable consumer experiences. This session will explore how texture, fragrance, aesthetics, and overall product appeal influence customer satisfaction and brand differentiation. Attendees will gain insight into the psychological and physiological responses triggered by sensory stimuli and learn how to leverage these in product development. Key topics include understanding sensory perception in cosmetics and personal care products, formulation strategies to enhance sensory impact, evaluating sensory attributes through testing, and applying findings to create innovative, immersive products that build strong emotional connections with consumers.
