We invite you to slow down and soften into the weekend with reflective journaling and mindful movement. Start with a gentle yoga flow to release tension and ground the soul. After, lean into a guided journal experience that'll help you anchor into presence and self-awareness.

This morning series is a peaceful ritual for body and mind—a space to stretch, breathe, and write your way into calm. Yoga will be lead by Chantal and Jinny on alternating Saturdays.

Come to journaling, or yoga, or both:
- 10:00 AM – All Levels Yoga Flow with Jinny/Chantal | $20
- 11:00 AM – Journaling with Sharon | $15
