Cake Decorating & Piping Techniques Class

Step into a world of sweet creativity! Join Chef Melissa Walnock in the Watergrasshill Kitchen Studio for our Cake Decorating & Piping Techniques Class, where you’ll learn the art of buttercream piping and create your own classic vintage-style cake. Think dreamy pink and purple hues, elegant piping details, and a finishing touch of fresh fruit.


In this hands-on class, you'll:
-Learn piping techniques, tips, and tricks from Chef Melissa
-Practice classic designs like ruffles, ribbons, rosettes, and more on a practice board
-Move onto decorating your own pre-assembled cake
-Explore vintage cake styles with a soft, romantic color palette
-Finish your creation with beautiful fresh fruit accents
-Take home your fully decorated cake to enjoy later


Please note: this is not an eat-in class—your decorated cake will be boxed up for you to take home. Gluten-free cakes are available with advance notice.

BYOB is welcome! Bring your favorite drink to sip while you decorate. All are welcome, and all materials are provided. Come ready to have fun and create something beautiful!
