The Southern Humboldt Chamber of Commerce is proud to present one of our community’s most cherished traditions—the 68th Annual Garberville Rodeo Parade! We invite everyone to come out and celebrate the spirit of the West in true Southern Humboldt fashion.

Date: Saturday, June 14
Line-Up Time: 10:00 AM
Parade Start Time: 11:00 AM
Entry Fee: $15 (covers insurance, permits, and cleanup)
Entry Deadline: Thursday, June 12
Horses Take Center Stage
At the heart of the Garberville Rodeo Parade are the horses—majestic, powerful, and deeply symbolic of our rural heritage and rodeo roots. Year after year, these noble animals lead the way, reminding us of the grit, grace, and tradition that define our region. Whether it’s skilled riders, mounted clubs, or working ranch teams, the horses remain the soul of the parade—and we can’t wait to see them shine once again.
New This Year: Classic Car Category
In a playful twist on this year’s theme, Cowboys and Classics, we’re excited to welcome a Classic Car Category to the lineup! This new addition is a tip of the hat to the incredible vintage cars and trucks that have always turned heads along the parade route. While the horses remain the stars of the show, we’re looking forward to seeing classic vehicles decorated in creative, cowboy-inspired ways.
