What does it mean to reset the nervous system?
It means bringing the body back into a healthy, balanced and regulated state for optimal well being. Feeling grounded, calm, clear, and adapting to stress with more ease.
How?
Using tools such as somatic bodywork, breathwork, reiki, sound healing, flower essences and more, I create a safe space for the body to release tension and receive deep nourishment, inviting the nervous system to reset.

Often times (and in our current society) there isn’t a lot of recognition and support for a dis-regulated nervous system.
When I speak of dis-regulation, I am referring to the feeling of being in survival mode- fight or flight, health issues, poor sleep, stress, anxiety, worry and fear, etc.
Perhaps you’ve been pushing constantly without a break. Serving others and not yourself. Moving through a challenging time- change, loss, grief, sorrow. Suffering from sleep patterns disruptions and health issues. This is your nervous system functioning in overdrive and dis regulation.
