About the Yoga that I teach…
The Yoga that I teach has many influences. The focus is on wellness and mindfulness. Through Yoga, I hope to bring ease and a greater range of movement to the body. It is soothing, something dynamic, stabilizing, balancing and supports natural body movement - Health, Resource, Mindfulness, Presence, Ease, Balance, Increased Wellness.
