You’re warmly invited to a 4-Week Breathwork Journey in Barna, Galway — a cosy, heart-centered space to slow down, unwind, and come back home to yourself.

� Conscious Connected Breathwork
� Súil Eile Space, Barna
� Thursdays: May 1, 8, 22, 29
� 7:00 – 8:30 PM
� Drop-ins welcome | Full course gently encouraged
� €88 (or €25 per session)

We’ll share grounding practices, gentle movement, soulful breathwork, reflection, music, na cúpla focal, and a sprinkle of magic.
