Dust off those spikes yet again, for another track meet! Just like in the good old days.

The anticipated meet schedule is:

6:40 – Young Run Start – 400m (YS)
6:45 – Young Run Start – 800m (YS)
7:00 Two Mile – First Heat 12:00 and faster
7:15 Two Mile – Second Heat 12:00-14:00
7:35 Two Mile – Third Heat 14:00-17:00
7:55 Two Mile – Fourth Heat 17:00 Plus
8:30 Mile Run – First Heat 5:30 and faster
8:40 Mile Run – Second Heat 5:30-6:30
8:50 Mile Run – Third Heat 6:30 Plus
9:05 4×400 Relay
