Welcome back to Owlett Woods for our Autumn wellbeing offering.
During this 2.5 hour experience you will offered a variety of invitations to deepen your connection and relationship with the nature and more than human world that exists around you.
This is a real opportunity to step out of a hectic, often stresssful, lifestyle and away from all technology and simply pause and breathe.
This is not a hike, we do not actually walk that far, it is also not a nature class.
It is a beautiful morning of slow and calm, I personally feel this time rebalances, restores and revitalises me.
When we connect with nature, we connect with our own true nature.

” In every walk with Nature one receives far more than he seeks.”
There is lots of scientific studies now around forest bathing / shinrin yoku and the benefits that bathing in the phytoncides of the trees naturally give us - including increasing our NK cells, rebalancing blood pressure and reducing our stress response.

You will be sent details of what to bring on the day - this is mainly around clothing, seat mats etc
Being warm and dry is the best way to experience this
Due to how we slow down, we do not generate our own inner heat
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our Forest Bathing groups run with a minimum of 4 participants and a maximum of 10.
In the event of limited numbers, we will postpone the event to a later date - In this eventuality, you will be informed of this and given options of alternative dates, approx one week prior to the event.
Cancellations
Cancellations received in writing (via email) prior to 7 days before the event start date , will be offered a refund less eventbrite fees.
Less than 7 days and up to 48 hours prior to the start, you will be offered an alternative date to transfer your booking.
Cancellation 48 hours or less prior to event start, no refund or transfer will be offered.
