Hello everyone.
I have made this event, hosted by the wonderful x-church to celebrate Dylan.
The reason I chose this space is because many met Dylan through x church and the community it holds is special to everyone who went. Many memories with Dylan from everyone were had at x church too.
First off I want to extend that absolutely everyone and anyone is welcome, whether you are supporting someone who knew Dylan or if you knew Dylan yourself and want to join the community that he has created throughout his life.
The event will start at 18:00 at X church. If you need any details then please let me know. There is a car park but if we could make sure we do not block the street so that people are still able to get in and out ensuring a free flowing access route for the neighbouring streets. Thank you
Bad Machines and Lewis Reep will be playing on stage at times still to be discussed. If you too would like to take the stage then please get in touch so I can arrange this.
When the sets have finished there will be an open mic for people to talk about Dylan, share a story or a message. Anything at all but please keep it respectful which goes without saying.
Alcoholic and soft drinks will be sold and potentially food too.
There will also be a bucket that people can donate whatever they can spare to go towards funeral costs and such. Regardless of circumstances, funerals are never planned to be a cost one should have to front. Any help is appreciated but do not feel that you are forced to.
