About the event

Vipassana Sangha

Join us on Thursdays at 6:00 for 90 minutes of Vipassana practice including a 30 minute guided sit, 10minute walking meditation or qigong, a 20 minute silent sit and a dhamma reflection and community sharing.
No experience needed, beginners and seasoned meditators welcome.
No one will be turned away. Donation of $10 if possible will help keep Karuna lights on.
