THURSDAY YOGA with Joanna Vajda

Join Joanna Vajda every Thursday morning from 10-11:15 am for an all-levels integrated yoga class at the beautiful Karuna Cottage Gainesville! Address is 3215 NW 17th Street (please enter through the back porch). Class is donation-based with a suggested sliding scale donation of $12-20 per class.

All levels are welcome! Mats and some props available; feel free to bring your own as well, plus a water bottle. We look forward to practicing with you in love, light, and wellness during these times. Drop-ins are welcome!

About your teacher:

Joanna loves teaching yoga. For most of her life she has shared the joy of asana, breath, and reverence in her teaching with countless students. She is also an accomplished artist, loves traveling the world, and treasures being with her friends, family and dog Sita!
