Sunday Nia Class w/ Sarit

Whether you're new to Nia or a seasoned enthusiast, this is the perfect chance to move and connect with yourself in the peaceful surroundings of the Thomas Center Gardens. Start your Sunday mornings with joyful movement and community.

Nia blends elements of dance, martial arts, and mindfulness, offering a low-impact, adaptable practice suitable for all fitness levels. Classes are designed to be playful yet empowering, enhancing your pleasure, strength, mobility, and overall well-being in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.

Sarit, your instructor, has been teaching movement, mindfulness, and creativity in Gainesville since 2011, and is a First Degree Black Belt Nia instructor. Sarit's classes offer a unique opportunity to cultivate mind-body awareness while having fun and staying active.

When: Every Sunday, 10-11 AM
Cost: Donation-based
This is an all level class. Beginners are welcome!
