Yoga for Beginners

Explore the basics of yoga in this gentle, beginner-friendly class designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and relaxation. You’ll learn foundational poses, breathing techniques, and simple flows at a comfortable pace, with plenty of guidance and modifications. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one. This is a welcoming space to stretch, de-stress, and connect with your body and breath.
