We need your help!! Please consider how you can help with our biggest event of the year….it really puts the FUN in FUNdraiser! Our first call out is for the silent auction.
Your Gabriola Softball Association humbly requests donations from local businesses and artisans for a silent auction to be presented to the community and players during our Fall Classic Tournament on September 20th and 21st at Rollo McClay Park.
The Gabriola Softball Association was founded in 1996 has 132 players (aged 16-80+) this season and our fall tournament also brings off islanders and their whole families out to the ball park, so your donation will be seen by many people, offering excellent exposure for your business.
All donations are gratefully received with the funds raised being used for equipment upgrades, coaching clinics, umpire support and park maintenance.

If you can seek out donations from stores that you frequent that’s great and you can also be creative…maybe you love to cook and could offer a picnic lunch prize, for example.
