DEKA QUARTERLY CHALLENGE

This is a FREE Team of 2 event M/M, M/F, F/F so grab your gym bestie, register and let's go!
• Each team member will complete a descending farmer’s carry ladder - 100m / 80m / 60m / 40m / 20m using M60lb F40lb DB
• The “buy in” before a team member can start EACH farmer’s carry is 15 24" box step or jump over reps.
• Only 1 team member on box or carrying at a time.
• Scoring:
Team score is the total time it takes to complete the challenge. National Leaderboard recognition. Top Scores will be sub 9min
