Smart Strategies for Shopping, Planning, and Meal Preparation

Join us as we learn how to make Vegetarian Chili with with Cornell Cooperative Extension. This recipe is not only simple and delicious, but it also makes a generous amount using ingredients that you may already have at home or can easily find at a local pantry. It’s a perfect meal to help stretch your grocery budget while feeding your family.

During the event, there will be free cooking demonstrations, helpful information on meal planning and shopping, fun activities, and of course—taste testing!
