🌟 Calling All Riders and Volunteers! 🌟
Get ready for a day of equestrian excellence as we gear up for SAPC Instruction Day! To make this event a success, we need you and your support crew. Here's the lowdown:
Volunteer Requirements
Junior Riders: Each junior rider must provide a volunteer to assist.
Senior/Adult Riders: Please arrange for a volunteer to fill a role that fits your schedule for the day.
If you are unable to fulfill your assigned role, it is your responsibility to find a replacement.

Our events rely on volunteers to run smoothly. Without your help, the day becomes extra challenging for those stepping in to fill the gaps. Let’s work together to make it stress-free and enjoyable for everyone!
⚠️ Important:
Volunteers who fail to arrive for their assigned role may result in loss of points for SAPC members' end-of-year standings. Your commitment matters!
Event Day Highlights
📩 Event details will be emailed to both the registered member and their nominated volunteer on no later than Friday night, the week of the event.
Draft Event Schedule:
Gates Open: 7:30 AM
Set-Up Begins: 7:35 AM
Unmounted Troop Line-Up: Following event set-up completion
Gear Check: Before the first event starts
First Event Begins: Shortly after all riders pass gear check
